McCreary Supply Ltd joined the McCreary Manitoba community in November 2024. We are excited to be become the new and improved independently owned store for the community. Although we're located in McCreary, we're proud to service neighbouring communities such as Glenella, Riding Mountain, Alonsa, Neepawa and Dauphin. Every day we are working hard to bring in new and exciting products!

We're not your basic hardware store. Yes, we have plenty of hardware products available, but we also carry lumber (rough and treated), housewares, pet supplies, fishing supplies, landscaping/gardening supplies, farming needs, clothing, herbs and spices - all locally sourced.

Our Story
When Greg and Bridget were first introduced to the McCreary community, they fell in love not only with the people but the beauty of the area immediately. Both being from rural Manitoba (Grunthal and Pinawa), but relocating to Winnipeg for work/school - they always knew that they belonged in a small town and planned to eventually move out of the big city and be back to their roots.

So, when they noticed the local hardware store was for sale due to retirement, they looked at this as a perfect opportunity. Not only to start a new adventure, but also to support the already existing community.

Greg comes with a vast knowledge of landscaping/hardscaping and gardening. He has over 35 years experience installing paving stones; creating beautiful gardens, patios, walkways, driveways and multiple other hardscaping products for his customers. He's excited to bring new and exciting Barkman concrete products for more people to be able to enjoy their outdoor living spaces.
Bridget has a financial background. She spends her days working remotely and joins Greg at the store when her days are over. She loves meeting everyone and hearing their stories of how they became residents of McCreary.

Bridget and Greg have two sons. Malachi is off in Nova Scotia, making his parents proud. He has chosen a selfless profession and works hard every day to protect his community. Isaiah is enjoying the lifestyle change to a rural community and can often be found working in the store after school. He's eager to learn the ins and outs of our retail store and is a valuable member of our team. Isaiah has created this website and working hard to learn new skills that will only aid in his future career development.
